As per law it is mandatory to give weekly off.
Rest About OT days if there are 4 Sunday in a month than OT days will be 4 and if 5 Sundays are there than OT days will 5. OT rate is double the per day wages

You may disburse wages at normal rate for normal/prescribed working days. For working on Sundays (or weekly off day) you have to pay wages at double the rate. If any National Holiday/Festival holiday, had fallen in between, you have to give OT payment for that day + you need to allow one compensatory off for working on that day.

Is there any state other than Telangana covering the 'contractual workers' (other than falling under scheduled employment) under the Minimum Wages Act ?
