Weekly off is paid or not. I am getting every month 26 day payment , 04 Sunday payment never given by contractor or for establishment which I am working they also not reply.

Are you being paid on the basis of notified minimum wages for your state? If so, the payment for weekly holidays is included. Indeed the Minimum wage for the month is decided first of all and the daily wage rate is computed by dividing the monthly rate by 26. Hope this clarifies
