Kishan Bohara
Hi Good Day! I am currently working and living in Dubai, UAE and I wrote a letter to my employer asking for an Employment verification letter or salary certificate for a visa application for Malta for an extended stay visa (work). Still, we got denied and my question is employment verification letter or salary certificate is my right? If not what should I do now? please help!

How can such a letter be your right?
You can ask for an experience letter when you leave the organisation. There is no right to ask for it while you are in employment. And why will the employer do something to help you leave them and go elsewhere?

If you had approached the HR head personally, perhaps they would've considered it. But writing the letter, I don't think will ever work.
