Dear friend,
Replies to your questions are as below:
1.Can someone resign from his service anytime if he has some health issue?
Reply: - Health issue or otherwise, you may resign anytime subject to fulfilment of the terms of separation mentioned in the appointment letter. Have you signed any bond for serving some years? If yes, then you need to complete the bond period also.
2.If some one has been assigned with some work but suddenly he has some health issues than can we relieve him immediately?
Reply: - If you are medically unfit to execute certain type of work, then obtain the medical certificate to this effect and submit application for the exemption of that work. Explore possibility of working in some other department or section. Yes, you may resort to separation from the company but subject to the conditions mentioned in the above paragraph. Going further, explore possibility of taking Leave Without Pay (LWP) for few weeks/months. Once you become medically fit, obtain medical certificate and rejoin your duties. However, your company may not agree for this but nothing wrong per se to ask for it.
Thanks,

Dear Friend,
1. Yes, one can resign from his service anytime as per his wish, one reason may be Health from many.
2. If some one resignes after he is being assigned with some work on ground of health. It implies that person concern is not capable of handling the new task for which he is taking a plea. You can conduct a health check by your own doctor or hospital to see the truth.
It is better to release the person immidiately if having some health issues. You can try him by suggestin to get medical test reports and doctors reference for early relieve.

First of all the boss is at fault for saying I will kill you.
Public humiliation is not good technique and is counter productive.
If both employee and employer are in agreement let hin exit peacefully and with his legal dues as per employment letter.

Boss might be a dictator, Hitler, Sadam type... violent behaviour. If he is a leader, the approach could be different. It is wrongful on his part to shame the employee in the presence of other colleagues. It will further accentuate the affected employee. Instead of working under such a guy, we can as well sit at home, doing nothing.
Making mistakes while performing jobs is a given. It happens to all. Nobody is perfect. You can ask the guy to quit and join any other company where there is a good environment to learn and work, where his efforts are appreciated, where he is guided, coached, trained and motivated.
There is no need for him to prove his medical fitness or otherwise. Even if there is a loss of ten days salary, it does not matter. Let him develop assertive skills, communicate his views clearly & properly and not to get bullied by bosses. Such bosses may not last long. One fine day, a smart guy will be come out of the crowd, who will turn around and tell the boss to GET LOST and walk out !
Best wishes
