Dear Sir,
I am working for a Pvt Ltd Company for the past. Now that I am getting better opportunity the present employer is not willing to accept my resignation. Although there is no mention of any Notice Period (Separation Clause) in the Offer Letter by my Employer, I have still served about 3 weeks notice on 9th Jul requesting them to relieve me by the end of month but they have not accepted it.
Please guide.

You may please throw more light on your employment contract with the private company, viz. the period of probation, notice of termination/separation clause during probation period or after probation. Whether any other clause written in the Appointment letter saying you need to serve minim... yrs of service with the company etc. Unless receipt of such information, it will be difficult to advise you suitably.
