Recently, many HR professionals have been laid off from startups, why is that?

Human Resources professionals have a serious need to upgrade. Technology is automating a lot of profiles and bots are taking over few more. Do stay tuned to market trends in HR for career transformational news or try understanding more of the business aspect of the company. A lot of HR professionals are still very much obsessed with their own work profiles and hardly look out of their own departments. Businesses want more adaptable and quicker HR results than ever before. Also, quite a few of the roles in start-ups are being outsourced to CA firms to save on additional costs associated with salaries. Quite a few of international NGOs are also laying off HR as they are outsourcing the profiles to big consulting firms. It is a difficult time for HR. If you recall, in Year 2009, it was for Finance and in Year 2015 it was for Marketing. Market is changing. The only ones who can survive are the ones who are able to adapt quickly.
