Hello everyone, Please suggest me the total working hours in a single day in general shift and A,B,C shifts. Is lunch or Tea break time will be include in the total working hours. Please advise.

Here the General Shift timing has to kept separate from A,B&C shifts. The A,B&C shift has to be round the clock, 8 hrs each, A shift can start from 7 AM and end at 3 PM, B shift can be from 3 PM to 11 PM and C Shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. (Minor variation in timing by of half an hour is possible) The general shift can be from 9 AM to 5.30 PM. Keep lunch interval for both types of shift at the same otherwise it will be continuing , suggest 12 noon to 12.30 PM. For A,b &C shift lunch, dinner interval is within the shift time while for general shift it can be excluded. In case you are operating in a metro city, then there can be a flexi time with core time from 11.00 AM to 3.30 PM.
