Hello Sir,
I am having 4 years of on and off experience in sales. It's really frustrating for me to work in a sales department. my current CTC is 8 LPA. I want to switch my career to another field completely, What I ll choose now. I am very much depressed. Request you to please answer. I am only working there for the money, so I should change my stream. any suggestions will be appreciated. not know anything about C programming languages.

How exactly do you expect someone to even suggest something when you are not giving any details of your self, your qualification, skills and what industry you have worked in

Sir , I have joined NTTF ( Nettur Technical Training Foundation ) in the year of 2017 , was a GET there. then I joined Byjus for 9 months at 7 LPA , did direct sales . Shifted my profile to post sales ( only customer retention via calls ) then I worked there for 3 months , again jumped to Vedantu edutech sales , 7 LPA. then I worked there for 3 months.again extramarks same package 7 days, then prystn care 7 days, then lecturenotes Bhubaneswar 6 months. after that Unacademy 8 months then Bikayi. Sir I completely frustrated with sales now, what I will do . sorry for previous incomplete information.
package lies 7-8 maximum.

You have changed 6 jobs in 5 years.
That is generally considered a bad thing by recruiters.

I am sorry to hear that it took you 6 years to figure out that you do not like sales as a career.

We do not know what your educational qualification and your interests. I do not think anyone will be able to blindly tell you what you should do. You need to identify your interest and then figure out how you can get a job in that specific field. However, changing your field is not easy. Employers will prefer to have people who have experience in their required field instead of someone with interest that has no relevance to them
