Hi Sir,
I need your genuine help. The firm where I work has given me last date of working as 12th april as per notice period and my new firm joining is 11th april. So I had planned to submit all my assets and things by 8th april. I want to know what issues I might face as my new firm is not ready to extend the joining date and needs my joining on 11th April only. Can I use my annual encashable leaves to compensate the last 2 working days. Will in any case I will be called a defaulter for not working for last 2 days as I have my clashing dates of Joining and last date of working. In no way I can work for the last 2 days so I need a solution.. Please do help
