I received offer today from Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer. He told me to accept the offer and start working on resignation process and confirm the last working day. So that the date of joining will be decided. Please let me know if this offer letter can be accepted or not.
Below is what mentioned about the date of joining.
This offer is contingent on us working together to determine an appropriate start date for your
employment. The terms of this letter and this offer are valid for seven (7) days from the date of this
letter. If we do not receive the above requested documents from you before the expiration of this
period or after receiving your acceptance of this offer if you do not join the Company on a mutually
agreed date of joining, or if, we are unable to set an alternative date, the terms of this letter and this
offer will be deemed to have been rejected by you, unless otherwise communicated to you by the
Company in writing.

Hi there,
Accenture is a good company. Discuss with your present company when they will relieve you and accordingly you can convey your last working day to Accenture. They will confirm you their date of joining.
I hope, there is nothing to worry.
Wish you all the best.

Hello Ramchand,
Yes--it's OK if the confirmation is over email.
And not sure what you mean by 'they would revise my offer letter'. There's NO revision of the Offer letter involved--except the clarity on the Date of Joining.
And even if this happens over phone, you can always back to mail to them reconfirming the Date as per discussion.....thus ensuring it is put in-writing.
All the Best.

As already pointed out, the date of joining has been left over you. They advised you to work over resignation and inform them about your last working day with the present company ( this is so because sometimes relieving is not done as per resignation). They will surely give you date, place and time of induction(joining) on hearing from you.
So please decide fast as validity of offer is for 7 days as mentioned by you. I quote below from your offer as mentioned above and find a gesture of goodwill from the company in the words 'mutually agreed date of joining'
Thanks
