HI,
Request you to please share draft for warning letter for negligence of duty. Actually due to FDE negligence one of the ex employee enter office and directly went to HR head cabin.

We had given clear instructions to front desk to ensure none if the ex employee enter working office space . All the ex employee are suppose to be seated at reception whereas this happened for the second time that due to negligence of security and FDE an ex employee came inside and directly entered the HR head cabin .
We need to give a warning letter to front desk now.
