I am in HR professional since 2 years, been worked in various field of HR domain, previously work with recruitment team, now posted in legal & compliance, i'm only the person who is currently act as a compliance officer. could you please suggest some ideas to tackle various problem arising out i.e ,frequent absenteeism, alcohol consumption, disorderly behavior inside premises, tobacco, violation of company norm etc. please guide me on this how to eradicate such problems?

What is your company name. Are you working in factory or Head/Zonal/Regional/Branch office?
From your post, I assume that you are working in a factory
First step is to exhibit Standing orders (preferably certified version by Deputy Labour Commissioner in your area/place, in the notice board of your company.
In case you want to know the details of Certification process, you can ask me.
Once you have your own CSO, you can slowly arrest, all the malpractices/misconducts/indiscipline in your factory/company.
