I am working in the Cold chain Logistics company and we have branches in PAN India. Management has decided to re-structure the salary components and percentages from April 2022 as per law for all employees. Please help me to make the salary structure (components name and percentages) of 2022-23 for lower, middle and higher-level employees (salary range for lower level:13000 per month gross and higher level: 150000 per month gross).
