Greetings dear members, I am asking for a leave tracker as I have noticed that at the end of the year it is becoming rather difficult to check through hard copies when paying employees their leave days. Please help with a leave tracker and if there are various types you may explain too. Thank you

Set up a simple Excel Spreadsheet - preferably on the company server so that it is backed up continually - and then set up an alert in your calendar to update it regularly. Teach other staff members how to use it so they can update staff leave when you are not in the office.

Look for simple electronic solutions and start moving away from paper forms for everything. Filling in paper forms are a chore, and paper gets lost.
