Hello,
What paper a recruitment agency (Proprietorship) must use for tie up agreement with clients?
1) Plain paper 2) Letterhead 3) stamp paper (If yes than of how much rupees stamp paper?)

Thank you.

Most clients will only give you a PO
Few of them will bother to sign an agreement

But if you are doing it, its in reverse order of preference (meaning Stamp Paper agreement is the best) but I am not sure clients will be willing to sign them

Hi Hardik,

All written official communications should be on letterhead, this ensures clearly from whom the letter is coming from. You can also use properly constructed email showing all contact details.

Hope the above helps.

Regards
Harsh

Mr. harsh has already replied very well. All the communication, terms and condition must be in black and white and signed. Please ask acceptance of condition may be by mail initially, later on signed copy is a must.
