Hi I got an offer 3 times better than the current company and hence I resigned and now they ask for 45 days notice period. It's a Contract role and not permanent.
I've decided to submit the company assets and quit without notice period. As the new employer doesn't mind with that job experience letter for BGV.
Will there be any consequences?

Despite the prospective employer not insisting on a formal relieving orders from the previous employer or his possible imperviousness to any negative remarks of previous employers in the BGV process, when the poster knows well about his notice period commitment under the contract of employment with the existing employer, he cannot flout it. Particularly, when he is sure to get a three-fold hike in the new offer and the existing appointment being on contract basis, why not he honestly try to buy out the notice period? If any Civil Suit is instituted by the present employer against breach of contract, he is sure to win and it would be an indelible black mark in his carrier forever. So the poster should honor the exit clause of the current contract before joining the new job.

Dear Colleague,
It is well guided by the Colleague in the above reply. Kindly further note, whether you are on Contract employment or Permanent Employment, there is a terms binding your employment. In the case of Contract Employment, it is assumed that your immediate employer who is the contractor and you have created an employment bonding with terms implied or expressed. Kindly fulfil that terms of exit and then leave with a peace of mind considering long term career.

You may also meet the HR and explain and in general no employer blocks the way of an employee who has best offers in hand which can not be met internally. Try that too and leave rest to God and everything will be positive.

Hi thanks for the reply but it is just 2months that I started working and the manager's attitude changed drastically when approached with resignation and reliving.
With rude and badmouthing in front of other people on meets
Adding mental stress with nonsense work.

In most of the companies today trend is employee background checking prevailing.
In such case i fit is, hiding of the information.

In bad situation like bad mouthing etc, non tolerable no doubt, but employee can raise issue before the superiors superior or before the grievance machinery of the company and can go to record and process. to become further action justifiable.

Hi
I am not commenting on law etc. My simple question is this you got good opportunity and you left the job within 2 months. If employer get a person with the same caliber in less cost and ask you not to come from tomorrow than what would you say. It means you are not a loyal employee. Once you join the company still you are searching another job. Everyone is entitle for rise in career. But this is not the way in my opinion. Being an employer once we select the candidate we are done. Not hunting for a reduced cost employee.
Thanks
