If a manufacturing organization having 90 employees on Roll and 60 employees on Contractors roll. Standing order is applicable or not? Is it necessary to display standing order in the establishment?

For the purpose of computing the threshold no. of workmen in an industrial establishment under the IE(SO) Act,1946, only those employees on the rolls of the establishment should be taken into account.
