Dear Seniors,

In my establishment (Mfg Factory) we are practicing 27 days or 26 days (I mean without weekly offs) concept for calculating the salary.
for example: Sonu is work for 17 days in july & his salary is Rs 10000/- PM so he gets 10000/27*17=6296/- and according to another calculation 17 days+4 w.offs= 21 days so he gets 10000/31*21=6774/-

I want to know which one is correct according to the Act & why? please help me in this regard. thank you.
