Which offer letter is valid?
My company had sent 3 offer latter, ex: say 17th July, 18th July, 19th July. I have signed the offer letter which was sent to me on 18th July, in this offer letter there was some error so, my company had sent me a revised offer letter on 19th Jul. I have not signed the revised offer letter so in this can I say the signed offer letter (18th July) is void or not applicable to me?

Dear Raman Ratnakar,

What is the wording of the third offer letter? Has it been written, "this offer letter supersedes all the offer letters issued in the past"? Please confirm.

Secondly, what is the verbatim of the second offer letter? Is there any binding clause to join the company?

Finally, why the company had to issue the three offer letters?

Thanks,

Dear Raman,

If a company sends three offer letters in a sequential order to the same job-applicant, the third offer letter automatically supersedes the earlier ones whether it is explicitly mentioned so or not. Of course it is indicative of the indecisiveness of the employer to the terms and conditions offered before.

Therefore, your acceptance of the second offer also gets nullified by the subsequent fresh offer.

If you're willing you can sign the third offer with an endorsement that your acceptance of the second offer is hereby cancelled.

Raman - there should not be a confusion in this case, it's pretty simple. The latest offer letter holds good - because the last two offer letters are automatically voided through offer management systems or even if it is manually issued.

It's commonly understood that the latest revision holds good.

Also, please send your acceptance to the latest offer letter and probably call your HR contact directly to clear the confusion.

Mostly, it is lack of communication between the offered candidate and HR Contact that provides a room for confusion like this. It is always a good idea to involve in a meaningful and regular dialogue until your onboarding process is complete - just to be on the same page and clear any questions.
