Recently i joined in a new retail Organization. Now i am the First HR in this company.
Can any body please help me to implement the PMS.What is the starting step to this process.How can i to carry PMS successfully.Please help to build my carrier. I don't want to loose this opportunity.
Kindly help to set up the PMS for 30 employees.

Dear Pavan,
Setting up Performance Management System (PMS) is far more serious activity. It has to be handled with due sensitivity. To institute PMS it requires great exposure across the spectrum of industries. If mishandled it may do more harm than good.
