Hi, I am working in a health care company. We are providing epigenetic lifestyle modification solutions to the customers based on their genetic and metabolic profiles. We have nutritional supplements also. We don't have any manufacturing units. We are manufacturing it through a loan lease agreement. The formulation is ours but another company is manufacturing it for us. We are using a direct selling business model. So is it mandatory to take legal metrology certification from the central govt.? Please suggest.
