Dear All, How to get exemption on PF Code for EDLI. We have LIC Policy for All Employees against EDLI. So, How I can get an exemption on PF for EDLI?

You will have to apply as per Section 17 (1)(a) of the PF Act 1952, PARA 27 A & PARA 79 of the Scheme. The particulars in this regard have to be submitted in the prescribed form.
