Dear Sir, I am Deepak Kumar Malviya working as Executive HR cum admin. I have just started my carrier and deputed in Uttar Pradesh for completion of 4 X 500 MW power project.

I am writing to clear my confusion for below:

1- We are working under establishment which is registered under Factory act.
2- Form V/ III issue by him to our company.
3- My company has given a contract to different contractors.
4- Form V/III issued by our owner to them.

5- Now we are planning to hire one more contractor for construction work and our owner/ employee denied to issued Form V/ III . Can we issue Form V/ III to our newly hired contractor in case our owner/ Employer denied to issue form V/ III?

6- If I treat my company as a principal employer to directly hired contractor. establishment owner denied issuing form V/ III.

Kindly suggest for better understanding.

Regards

Deepak Kumar Malviya
