I am in my probation period. I want to resign from my current organization. They have mentioned like for probation period

"1.2 The Company may at its sole discretion extend the period of probation for such further period as it deems fit, or it may terminate the employee before the completion of the period with or without cause upon written notice of thirty (30) days or pay in lieu thereof."

In termination: subject to clause 1.2 either party can terminate - notice period of 2 months.

Do I need to serve 2 months then? Please let me know

The notice period of 30 days is applicable in case the company terminates the service during the probation period or the extended period otherwise it is two months

I am working in a limited company they fired me on a nonsense reason during the 2.0 lockdown my notice period is 2months and I have pending 4 months travel allowance and last month salary( April) 2021 month they fired me on end of the month they hold my salary and not giving me any notice period what will I do any suggestions will be great help please
