Hi Reena,
Try to speak to your HR and Line Mananger and convince them amicably for your early release. Also speak to HR of new employer for postponing your DOJ. Your current employer can't stop your F&F and Experience certificate as your are ready to settle shortfall of your notice period. But, they can delay it to trouble you. In such a situation, your new employer will ask for releving docs and your current employer will keep on delaying. You can also be issued warning letters. Background verifications are being done in every organisation these days, so your new employer may approach them for feedback and they may share negative feedback about you. Therefore, I would advice you to peacefully sort it out and respond to every mail you receive from them.

sometimes some peoples are like that. Just try & negotiate with your present employer. You said that you have replacement (back up) then now you have all the rights to negotiate for early relieve.

Dear,
You tell your problem with your current employer that you will be join on after one month and discuss that problem because your previous employer can't compromiser with you according to your post.
Conveyance your current employer, may be your previous employer not release your full & final..........experience certificate also.

You ca have one solution of your problem by deducting the days left which have not served in regards to notice period. lets have a word with your employer and sort the problem.
