If i get the question correct, if you have your employees working in someone's factory as contract workers, you do not need a separate factory license. You however, will need contract labour license.
However, if you have leased the place where your employees are working, and the work is independent of the main factory. Then probably you need a separate license.

Factory license is needed if you are undertaking a manufacturing activity with the aid of power and having 10 or more workers or otherwise 20 or more workers.
