Dear Lakshmikanth, If you are in Tamilnadu State, you can contact your Previous company labour officer. Asper Tn Labour law Every Employer are Liability to Give A Salary Slip to Every Employee.

Hello Laxmikant Joshi,
You don't really need to worry.
And pl don't get into a situation of your current Employer beginning to avoid you.
Bank Statements are valid Proof of salary.
And even the Appointment Letter....IF you have one....can be used as Salary Proof--though some Companies don't consider this.
And when you take the Experience Letter, request your Company to include the last salary you got.
Many small Companies give a Single Letter summarizing the experience [worked From-To & Designation & last salary drawn].
All the Best.
