We have engaged contractors for doing the above-said works in (Hospitals, Cinema Theatres, Malls) what is the minimum wages to be followed for the contract employees. Should I pay them wages under S & E or General Engineering category 0r based on the client work nature? Kindly advice.

If the type of employement involves engg work and if it is included in scheduled employment list if min wages then same can be applied
If any type of employment not included in scheduled list of employment notification under min wages then Shops and estd wages can be applied.

Technically, the workers are entitled to get wages applicable to the establishment where they work. Hence, you should pay them the wages which are applicable on your client's establishment.
