Dear Member,
The attached CTC is not for Rs. 8860/-, actually it is more. Rs. 8860 is the Gross monthly wages. Moreover calculations done on basis of No. of day. While drafting any CTC you need not to consider No. of days. It should be constant.
You need to add employer PF-ESI Contributions, Monthly Bonus components, Gratuity etc.
Moreover, in some establishments Leave calculation (monthly part) also added in the CTC.
I have removed days and updated the structure on basis of PF-ESI and Bonus components.
You can modify as per your company requirement / emoluments.
