Gone through the format. It is observed that no concrete clause on Separation. During probation, one weeks notice period is mentioned. But what about, resignation after confirmation? No notice period.???.
Your objective is people should not leave organization within 2 months from their date of joining (or) Company should not terminate an employee within 2 months from the date of joining of employee.
Following modification is suggested:-
1. Notice of termination: -
By employee
During probation period, you shall be giving one month’s notice period/salary in lieu of notice period to the company. Upon confirmation, you shall be giving three months’ notice period or salary in lieu of notice period, to the Company.
By company:-
During probation period, company can terminate your services by giving one month’s salary. Upon confirmation, company can terminate your services by giving three months’ salary .

Dear Sir,
From my end I suppose I didn't clear actually what I meant, the employee has not yet joined our organization , He will join our company after 2 months(April 2021) but we are releasing him an appointment letter well in advance & for that we are looking to add a clause that if in case we appoint another candidate and if that candidate can join us on immediate basis then we can pull back this job offer from the candidate who will join us in April 2021, similarly goes with the candidate also if his company does not release him then he can also pull back from this job offer but both the company & candidate should be communicate to each other before April 2021
Thank you.

Dear Annonymous,
For a person who shall be joining in your company in April 21, why do you want to release
an Appointment letter now itself?
There is every possibility to encash the same by him with some other companies of repute.
Better, you issue a selection confirmation letter only now advising him to join in April 21
without mentioning the remuneration details and get his/her acceptance.
After joining or on the date of his joining the company, you can issue Offer of Appointment letter.

Dear ANNONYMOUS,
I would suggest you can hire someone who can your company as per your required time.
Because keeping this clause "if in case we appoint another candidate and if that candidate can join us on immediate basis then we can pull back this job offer from the candidate who will join us in April 2021" i believe is not accurate and no candidate would accept your job offer because there employment is at risk.
If you hire someone else on immediate basis and the person who wants to join to you after two months resigns from his current job, then he will be left with no job at the end.

Dear,
I think no need to send appointment letter before joining . Send to him offer letter and take acceptance from him .
If you mention such kind of clause then employee cant be accept this condition .because its very risky for him .
If you want immediate joiner then please search first and fulfil your requirement .
