Hi Everyone, I would like to understand how you are handling the late appraisal because of the pandemic.
For eg. we have 2 appraisal cycles in a year Apr & Oct, and we are planning to do the appraisal on Jan for both the cycle. But it will be a loss for those whose appraisal was due in April as compared to Oct. Please suggest how we can do the calculation so that it will be fair for both the cycle.
