Hi, I have recently taken up the role of operations head in a background verification company. I am trying to design KRA and KPI related to the productivity, turn around time, QC errors, fake deductions, etc., For the tat calculation, I have derived from the start date and the end date of the closure of each and every check and given points (5 )and (-5) accordingly. This is taken every week and arrived at a certain point. I would like someone who can suggest me out with some-more measures and calculations to formulate the incentive plans for the team.

Note: If they finish in TAT they will be given 5 points. The point gets increased by 1 if they finish before TAT.

If they keep exceeding the TAT the score will keep reducing from 5 points.

Is there exist any online tool which could fit into this kind of productivity-based Incentives at an affordable price as we have a limited number of resources in-house.

Looking for a few suggestions from professionals from the service industry including others.
