Employers Contribution to PF 10,860.00 54.50 5,91,870 Not applicable as Company's employee size is less than 10 members, so Company does not have any PF account in India. Secondly, neither company has deducted from employees' monthly salary as Employee contribution neither Employer has any such kind of fund.
Healthcare Scheme 2,000.00 54.50 1,09,000 Not Applicable as per rule Employee should claim this either every year or after every 2 years along with Bills which is not followed in this.
Leave Travel Allowance 2,500.00 54.50 1,36,250 Not Applicable as per rule Employee should claim this either every year or after every 2 years along with Bills which is not followed in this.
