Dear HR Fraternity, I am Lipi, I need your immediate suggestions on the Pre- joining and post joining process which we follow during onboarding Keeping in mind the Pandemic. Please provide me your suggestions on the below points:
1) How do you manage the Onboarding process virtually? As earlier, it was all maintained in personal files.
2) How about the signatures? Do u use a digital signature or Cuda sign?
3) What are the legal implications of maintaining it as a soft copy? Is it easy to fight in court specifically when it is a client doc/ service agreements/NDA
4) Tax Declaration - how is this managed as u need physical signatures, hard copies, signature on revenue stamp, etc.
