Please help me, I'm working in technical institution, in which courses provided to candidate like welding, scaffolding, fitting etc.
Due to COVID 19, all the employees ask for sit at home without pay. in this situation is PF, ESIC, PT compliance are contributed by employer? if no what is procedure to do so. ( any Document required for that?)

Non payment of salary should not be the real reason for not paying PF or ESI because PF or ESI is to be paid on salary payable. hat means it is expected to pay it and then deduct the employees' share when you pay their salary. What is important is that there is no salary due because of no work. When there is no work, no worker attended the office and hence salary is not due. When there is no salary due, no PF or ESI is payable.
