I was working with one of the BPO company for less than 02 months. Now process has ramp down and they don't need me now, though, I was the top Supervisor among 34 Supervisors. I also have the HR email stating this "Ramp down for some unforeseen circumstances" and call recordings too. Whether I am eligible for compensation or not ? If yes, please let me know as soon as possible how I should deal them legally.

Dear Manas,
There is no mention in the post about your monthly salary. However the presumption that it would be Rs.10000/=pm or above may not be wrong. In such a situation, you have to work out your legal remedy for compensation against the termination of your employment within two months of your service only through a Civil Suit based on the terms and conditions of unilateral termination mentioned in your contract of employment or appointment letter.
