Hi I am MrX, as I don't want to tell my name. I was terminated by a company a 10months ago giving a reason of miscounts of email in tracking system. That time I was not keeping well and was not in a position to attend meetings and was on sick leave for a month's time for genuine reason and accepted what they told and came out. They said we will give good conduct words in reliving letter.

They gave it and after sometime I got job somewhere else in a reputed company and was working but I wanted to go back to my previous company as I like it most. Again went for interview recently and got selected, HR told me to resign your present job and I'll issue offer letter and joining date. By agreeing same I did all procedure and relieved from present company and I got offer letter and joining date from my previous company. I was happy to join back on 15th April 2020 but now HR says my conduct was not good, failed in background checks so cancelling the offer. It's lockdown time and by trusting them I left job and now no new job what should I do? Please help me.

How can they issue joining letter without background checks?

Can they do this or do they face problem for ruining my job life in lockdown time? Also I am a physically challenged person. Please help
