Dear Friends
Can anyone clarify me on this please
If it is a private health care sector where it is considered as essential services, what difference can be made between employees who put all efforts in working during the crisis time and employees who doesn't show up to work.
How should we go about this in terms of paying salary? when government says do not deduct salary during lock down period.

I have worked from home during lock down period with permission and instructions of our Directors.
But he is not paying me my salary for the lock-down period.
Please guide how to calculate the salary and whom to contact.
My office timings are 9 to 6.
I am online and doing work from home. But as per his convenience he used to call me after 7 pm or even at 10 p.m.
and I have worked on Sundays also.
How to claim my salary?
He is now saying you will be paid for the number of hours worked i.e. 2 -3 hours per day.
please guide the right procedure...
