Hi
I have worked in a organisation about 3 yrs and i applied resignation due to personal reason
But during my notice period i took uninformed leave for 2 days and the company sent the show cause notice.
Whether they can terminate me?
Please help me with this

Act of availing leave without permission or intimation, certainly tantamount to gross indiscipline and management can certainly initiate disciplinary action against you.
But the question of terminating shall depend upon your management's attitude towards you.
Hence you may discuss the reasons with your reporting officer and HR and send apology to the Company as a written explanation to the SCN issued to you.

Dear Colleague,
You are serving notice period and during this period you remained absent for two days. Two day's absence is not so serious as to warrant termination. At least during the notice period when your intention to quit the job is known.
