I am planning to organize two session for all the employees in the office.
1) Session for office assistants to train them on maintaining the office and reinforcement of the importance of their daily task. -
5 nos.
2) Session for all the employees on Office Etiquette and Cleanliness - around 50 nos.
Please help me with how I should go about, the training material, PPT, handouts if you have.
I need to conduct this training on or before 5th March.

You May Organize Employees Sensitization Workshops for up to Two Hours Duration to achieve:--
1. Gender Sensitivity aimed at Educating Employee-Participants about the Dos & Don'ts as per the Provisions of the New Law namely Sexual Harassmnt of Woman at Workplace ( Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 Applicable to Every Workplace in India since 9.12.2013;
Because Any Act or Behaviour at the Workplace which is Unwelcome and or Humiliating to a Woman is to be treated as Act of Misconduct, an Offence and Volation of Fundamental Rights of Women; and
2. Workplace Sanitization to Make the Workplace Safe and Secure by Removing any Possibility of Sexual Harassment Where No Woman Shall Be Subjected to Sexual Harassmentand Where Evey Employee Contributes NothingLess than His or Her 100% Contribution.
The said Programs/ Workshops have to be reported in the Internal Committee's Annual Report for Every Calendar Year under Section-21 of thesaid Act of 2013
