Hi Sandeep.Kaur,
The Republic day celebration cannot be complete without flag hoisting, singing of national anthem. All other activities can follow like-if it applicable a general salute by the parade commander/security staff, speech by Head of Office/ chief guest, distribution of sweets, dances or skit by family members of staff, distribution of mementos to kids for fun games etc. Depending on size of your office/staff, circumstances you can organise.

Apart from what Mr. Kumar has mentioned please ensure that the flag is hoisted as per the protocol,
The National Flag is a symbol of the Nation's respect and pride. Take care to see that the National Flag is not trampled upon or torn. Do not let the Flag fall on the ground. Do not join cloth pieces to resemble the National Flag. The Flag has to be lowered during sunset etc
