My monthly basic wage rate is Rs. 30000 and my last working day is 19 nov 2019. So my last basic drawn is 19000. Which amount should be used in gratuity calculation. Rs. 19000 or Rs. 30000.

On Rs. 30,000/- because gratuity is calculated on last basic means actual basic not earned basic.

To make it clear to understand Gratuity is calculated on the Basic Salary of the Last appointment/increment/promotion letter issued to you or as per the last full month basic Salary.

-Last Drawn Salary is your last total gross salary which have granted to you.
-Last Drawn Salary generally means your last monthly gross salary (un-deducted for Taxes
and other deductions).
-Mentioned in Section: 4 Payment of gratuity of "Last Withdrawn Wages"
