I am sujata.I am working with an IT Company as HR Executive.I am the first person with whom the HR department started.I am mainly into recruitment apart from looking at salary and performance of the emoployees.Since this company is growing company so very shortly we are going to start our training & Development programme as well.
Regarding the same I would like to know if somebody is in the same field as I need few tips for starting this training & development programme.

this is swarna. for best practice use Edward Deming principles in ur recruitment procedure. Deming says four principles i.e., PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Act). if u follow these four principles in ur recruitment process. ur recruitment process will be very very effective.Actually recruitment process will starts with Needs assessment and ends with Ongoing monitoring the performance.so better we use these four principles in each and every step in the recruitment process.
