I resigned from company and get full and final settlement. when I checked my full and final settlement sheet, I observe that company will pay my Earned leave on my basis pay and they deduct my excess CL SL on my full salary basis due to i have taken my SL CL which is not entitled till my resignation period.
is it true calculation of my full & Final Settlement?
