Hi All, Can we reduce the wages (Salary) from current wages.
We have our own salary structure for marketing team, if the employee not reached the target his salary structure can be varied.
For example if an employee getting current gross salary of Rs. 40k, and he/she not reached his/her target, so can we reduce his/her salary from 40k to 30k.

Hi Veena,
you cannot change the salary structure for every month, I suggest to keep the employee salary as 30k and have a performance bonus or incentive which can vary every month. For any clarification contact.
