Transfer of an employee should be followed as per the service conditions of the concerned employee. The transfer should be justified and should not be on the basis of victimization / or punitive. Some consideration for relocation/ re settlement allowance to be considered based on the place of transfer, and cost of living.
If the entire above conditions are followed, and if transferred, and the workmen did not report for work, issue him a letter that he has been transferred with effect from………. and if not reported he will not paid wages and other special allowances, considered, on the principle of ‘No work No wages’
