In my company we are having 21 Privilege Leave (as per calendar year)
One of our employee's date of Joining is 01/04/2019 and Confirmation date is 01/07/2019 (probation period is 3 months only).
Please let me know the number of leaves she will be eligible for?

Privilege/Earned Leave in other words is called annual leave, the eligibility for PL/EL is 240 days from the date of joining, which means she will be eligible for PL/EL only after 31/1/2020. Yes for Leave calculation it will be on pro-rata basis of 1.75 leave per month, so on 1/1/2020 the opening balance of her PL/EL will be 15.75 days or say 16 days.
