Hello Guys, I need a help i have been working from past 5 years as HR in one of the hospital in native , but I dont have practical experience on payroll and statuary compliance because it is handled by our salary department . Hence Please suggest me how should I learn Payroll and statutory compliance .

Rather than joining courses practical working experience gives you more exposure as you make mistake and learn from it. You may during your free time work with your accounts (salary) department and try to gain practical knowledge, understand the process involved. Gain the confidence of handling it without support. Subsequently when you move to other company you can present your capabilities of handling general hr functions and also payroll and statutory compliance. Also always remember that team work wins. When you grew in terms of hierarchy, team work will become inevitable.
