Sir, I am also working in a company who are masters in exploiting employees. No increment, lowest bonus, no medical facility and are well known in the market. This is VIBRANT GUJARAT. Good no. of cases are running in labour courts but no avail. Please suggest alternatives for cadre of WORKMAN.

Dear VG,
I understand your frustration. Earlier several members of this forum who were from the Gujrat also had called me and expressed their frustration. I would like to tell you the same thing that I had told them.
First one is to find out the Twitter account of the labour minister of the state government of Gujrat. Send the letter to him on his Twitter account. However, provide adequate evidence.
Secondly, send the same letter to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. His Twitter account is @narendramodi
Do not lose faith. Things will improve. However, do all the above secretly. Do not disclose to anyone whatever you are doing.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
