Can anyone help me? I have relieved from the company by serving 1 month notice period + compensation my leaves and half of my salary. I asked them for wavier of 15 days notice period as there is a notice period of 2 months. Now. everything over, I completed my exit formalities too. They were supposed to give my Relieving Acceptance Letter (RAL) on the delay of exit, they gave reason that CEO is not there so will give it next day. As I gave the reason that my health is not good as I want to relieve and wave of the notice period.
In which they did not help in any way, As i said they deducted my half month salary, 16 days leaves and I served one month notice period. I requested each n every day about my health and gave medical certificate too. Now, When I call them or message them, the ***** CEO is saying you take care of your health we will give on F&F. I heard that this company did not give relieving letter for one of the former employee till now, it's been one and half year she relieved from the company. No matter what reason I do they completed my exit formalities and now giving RAL. I have resignation acceptance copy on the email. Now I need the letter for my documentation. Please do suggest.

Hi, in this case, you need to first check your offer / Appoitment letter for respective clause on this part. In some of the cases, companies mention specifically that employer is not bound to issue releiving letter post resignation (something similar to this ). Well, considering that in your case there is no such clause:-
First, on your comment about notice period waiver, it is completely upto the employer if they want to waive off your notice period or not even if you are ready to pay for the shortfall (Again, please check your offer letter for this as well). However, in most of the cases, on medical ground employer does not deny on this front. But, in any case, you can not force or claim on this part.
Second, if the company has accepted your resignation and you have valid document confirming acceptance of your resignation, and also company has confirmed that your notice period is waived off / or you have served the notice period and your last working date is "__" mentioned anywhere in any of the document and that date has passed, then you have full right to claim for your releiving letter. In this case, the company "legally" can not deny from issuing releiving letter to you.
If you wish, you may proceed legally against this company (again, only if you have valid documents confirming your last working date and you have served till that date).

Yes, you should first contact with your office management and get help from there. If they are unwilling to help you than kindly ask from another respective person which have some idea about this. I find help to repair dll file online which was quite amazing. I suggest you to intact with the authentic opinions rather than rumors.
